New Site (Option A): $997 total — 50% deposit ($498.50), 50% at launch.
Facelift (Option B): $797 total — 50% deposit ($398.50), 50% at launch.
Partner Subscription (Option C): $600 deposit + $50/month — includes hosting, edits, security, backups.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Final payments are non-refundable after site launch. We provide two rounds of revisions during development to ensure you're happy before going live.
Once we receive all your content, expect 7–14 business days for a standard site. If you need your existing hosting credentials (for Facelift projects), please provide them within 5 business days of signing to avoid delays.
Hosting on Cloudflare, active security monitoring, up to 2 hours of content edits per month (unused hours do not roll over), daily backups, and priority support. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
For 14 days after launch, we fix any technical errors at no cost. After that, Partner Plan clients have ongoing support. One-time build clients can purchase hourly support or switch to the Partner Plan.
Absolutely. 100%. Once final payment is made, you own everything. No lock-in, no subscription traps. Partner Plan clients own their site too — only the monthly service is subscription-based.
Yes — we use a formal Service Agreement that outlines scope, pricing, deposits, and your rights. Ask us for a copy before signing. It's straightforward and written in plain English.
We ask for all content within 10 business days of signing. If we don't receive it, the project may be paused. A $150 restart fee applies if paused for more than 30 days.
